At Total Equine Vet & Farrier, we care for race horses, breeding horses, high-performance horses, pleasure horses, and more. Our offices have a climate-controlled equine wards, an equine surgery suite with state-of-the-art equipment and a padded recovery room, and a 3-Tesla magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system for horses.Our on-site clinic is staffed by veterinarians and farriers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for emergencies and by appointment, for equine & other animal patients in need of evaluation and treatment from our certified specialists in equine surgery, internal medicine, and reproduction.
If your horse needs the expertise of a specialist in cardiology, dermatology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, anesthesiology, or imaging our equine veterinarians can quickly and easily consult with additional board-certified specialists available at our local teaching hospital.
We also have an on-site rehabilitation and alternative training center featuring a swim pool, aqua treadmill, solarium, Equi-Vibe vibrating stall, cold saltwater spa, PEMF therapy, laser therapy, indoor hot-walker, and more.
